- Products and versions (Select Business Solutions product, Interfaces, third party products, etc.)
- Circumstances when the problem occurs
- Software changes coincident to the problem's onset
- Specific symptoms of the problem
- Severity of the problem
- Type of problem
- Isolated reproducible case illustrating the problem
Online support includes access to a knowledge base, other technical documentation and Release Notes, which document the new features for each product release, and service pack / hotfix product updates.
