Select Perspective and PRINCE 2

PRINCE 2, a best-practice methodology for project management, is becoming increasingly popular in the private sector, both in the UK and overseas. This document describes how PRINCE 2 relates to The Select Perspective, a component-based development methodology. It explains the advantages of using the two methodologies in tandem, and shows how they relate in terms of both cross-referencing and terminology.
