In early 2006, Kristi joined Select Business
Solutions as the CEO. Prior to joining Select, Kristi was the Chief
Operating Officer for Allen Systems Group, Inc., a global enterprise
software company.
As Chief Operating Officer, Kristi was responsible for all functional
areas of the company including, sales and marketing product
development, customer support, finance and human resources. Prior to
becoming Chief Operating Officer, Kristi led Allen Systems Group’s
acquisition campaign which began in 1998 and consisted of over 30
acquisitions.
Kristi holds her Juris Doctorate from Columbia University Law School,
where she graduated as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and her Bachelor
of Arts from Columbia College. She is a licensed member of the Florida
Bar Association. |

In early 2006, Jon joined Select Business Solutions as the CFO. Prior to Select, Jon was a founding member of Gunn Partners a business advisor to Fortune 500 Corporations.
At Gunn Partners Jon’s work focused on the integration of
organizations following, or in preparation for mergers, acquisitions
and divestitures. As a member of the Gunn Partners’ Leadership Team
Jon held strategic, financial and operational leadership
responsibilities. While at Gunn Partners Jon relocated to Melbourne,
Australia where he led their expansion into Hong Kong, Singapore,
Malaysia, Philippines, Australia and New Zealand.
Jon holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Public and Environmental
affairs from Indiana University and an M.B.A. degree with honors from
Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. |

In early 2006, Aivars joined Select Business Solutions as the EVP Sales & Marketing. Prior to Select, Aivars was Group President of Descartes Systems Group, a provider of Supply Chain Execution Solutions.
Aivars first entered the technology industry in 1991, when he joined
Dun & Bradstreet Software, an enterprise software solutions
provider. Following his tenure with DBS Aivars was the CEO of
Applications Software with Oracle
Australia
where he led the organization’s change from an aggressive customer
relationship model to that of a consultative business partner.
Throughout his career Mr. Lode has lived in
Australia

Canada
,
Singapore
,
Hong Kong
and has conducted business in many of the industrialized countries
in the world.

Wolfgang Wilden,

Wolfgang is the President
of Select Business Solutions – Application Development Tools
Business Unit. He has 10 years management experience IT product and
services companies. As the President EMEA for Descartes Systems
Group he led the company’s strategic direction in continental
Europe. Prior to Descartes, Wolfgang filled several management
positions in Marketing and Supply Chain Management at a number of
the largest industrial corporations.
Wolfgang holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and an
MBA (Hons) focussing on IT and Strategic Marketing at the WHU’s
Otto-Beisheim Business School in Koblenz, Germany and Northwestern’s
Kellog Business School, IL USA. He has co-authored several
publications and books in the area of Networked Business Management
and Collaboration. |

Zolt is a Senior Vice
President and General Manager at Select Business Solutions. Zolt has over 20 years experience in the high end IT industry specializing
in the Global 2000 marketplace. Zolt has held positions in Executive
Management, Sales Management, Sales, Application Engineering, Application
Development and Consulting. Prior to Select Business Solutions, he has
worked for Lockheed Missiles & Space Co., the Resolution Trust Corp. (RTC)
and the Federal Asset Disposition Assoc. (FADA). He is a US Air Force
veteran and a multiple recipient of the Top Gun Sales award. |
