| Associate Accreditation Program |
The building of an accredited pool of Associate Consultants is a critical to the strategy within Select Business Solutions, to ensure that we are able to provide training, mentoring and project resource supplementation at the highest standards. As such, a formal accreditation process is defined here that is rigorously followed before any consultant, or consulting organization achieves Associate status and is placed within our pool, and included on our Services.
The accreditation process is staged, and a candidate associate does not move through the stages, until the previous stage has been successfully completed.

Stage 1: Initial Experience Review |
|
An up-to-date resume is forwarded to the VP, Global Professional Services and reviewed against the associate consultant job profile to ensure experience and capability is sufficient. Initial telephone interview is arranged and held. |

Stage 2: Training |
|
The candidate associates attend our two core training courses, “Business Driven UML” and “Service and Component Based Development (with Select Perspective and UML)”. The instructor is an internal post sales consultant, and reviews the candidate’s work ethic, professionalism and experience during the course(s). A feedback form is provided to the VP, Global Professional Services. |

Stage 3: Contracts, Resumes and Products |
|
The associate signs an associate agreement that ensures that all legislative and insurance arrangements are made for work on worldwide customer sites. Their resume is re-built using the Select Business Solutions template. Personal licenses of our full product line are provided, under full maintenance. |

Stage 4: Delivery Review and Refresher Training (ongoing) |
|
Any active associate consultant, will initially deliver in partnership with an internal Select Business Solutions consultant, and will only be allowed to deliver alone, when authorized by this mentor consultant and the VP, Global Professional Services. Delivery is also reviewed/monitored using customer feedback forms. |

Regular update sessions are provided, and new versions of our full product line, with internal training documentation, are delivered upon release to the associate.
