This release sees the addition of Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Integration, role focused views as well as a RAS™ based service reuse tool.

Select Solution Factory v7.0 includes:

Select Architect a highly scalable, end to end design solution for business, data, object, component and web services based application development tool which includes; BPMN, BPM, UML and Data Modeling support. Enhancements in v7.0 include role based views to focus activity, XML Schema Generation extensions for Web Service generation and model generation wizards.

Select Asset Manager and Select Asset Browser are active online hubs for software publication, management, searching and reuse. Select Asset Manager and Select Asset Browser are full web based applications running on Select’s proven software repository. As well as software reuse they include any Knowledge Assets (OMG RAS 2.2 Specification), customizable reporting for ROI and repository and user discussion threads for improved reuse and trust of assets.

Select Synchronizers (Database, Java, C++ C#, Forte, XML, VB and VB.NET) for rapid code generation, reverse engineering and visual differencing. Select C#Sync and Select VB.NET Sync customers can now benefit from full support for Microsoft Visual Studio 2005
