This program takes on the strategic objectives of reuse and guides an organization down the path of actually achieving reuse through effective use of process and architecture. Select Asset Manager is used to implement the management of reusable assets within an organization.

Solution Elements

Reuse is achievable with the right enabling technology, process and organizational buy-in. The solution starts with a 1-day strategic workshop which defines and agrees the reuse goals and process within the organization. This is followed by a variable Reuse Assessment exercise which harvest existing reusable artifacts and sets the strategy and process for continuing to reuse. Rollout training for Reuse Owners and Reusers is next, with a variable consulting engagement thereafter to ensure that reuse is institutionalized within the organization.
