Overview |

This course focuses on Business Process
Improvement or Reengineering, using Business Process Models within
Select Solution Factory. The course provides practical exercises on
the Business Process Modeling notation and the analysis process under
which successful Business Process Improvement and Reengineering can
take place. Delegates will use Select Solution Factory to understand
and analyze a business domain, and leverage Business Process Modeling
to define the current business processes and the refine and improve
future business processes. |
