Problem: Reviewer tools not present in the Select Enterprise Tools menu
Solution: Download the zip file, and extract the program CLSetup.exe. Copy
this file to replace the existing file in your Reviewer installation
directory the run it from there. Also see Client Installation section of
the Reviewer Installation Guide.
